The energy of a kitchen always interests me, especially when you put Waterford’s finest head chefs in a tent for the weekend! Using all local produce, the team working with WIT student commis’, delivered a 5 course taste menu as part of Eat Waterford‘s offering at the Waterford Harvest Festival.
