I’m just back from two weeks trekking to Everest Base Camp. Bringing my camera was just as important as the expedition itself – documenting the experience was part of the journey for me. Now that several thousand photos are safely backed up, narrowing it down to a few is almost impossible… but here’s a go at the first round of favourites. Reaching Base Camp at 5,364m was the aim, but it truly was all about the journey. We trekked over 150km, 13 days consecutive walking (mostly uphill), with an incredible group from Earth’s Edge, and made some brilliant new friends …
